One of the main goals of our activity is to perform photogrammetric studies, in particular: orthophotomaps, 3D models, vision inspections, photos from a drone and video filming.
As part of the services provided, we provide in particular:
ORTHOPHOTOMAP
An orthophotomap is a processed aerial photo, subjected to geometric correction. This process causes no terrain distortion and a uniform scale for the entire area shown in the image.
The use of drones in geodetic work allows to make an orthophotomap with an area from one hectare to several thousand hectares. It is a georeferenced product, which permits to read the map in the appropriate software, as well as design and add resources in the form of a basic or cadastral map. An orthophotomap is a comprehensive source of knowledge about a given space.
The orthophotomap comply with standards corresponding to a map made in a classic way and it is possible to perform all operations such as reading of coordinates, measuring distance, area. It is, however, a different picture and complement to a traditional map; is fully valid at the time the photos are taken.
The accuracy and detail of the orthophotomap depends mainly on its resolution - the field pixel size:
Usage:
Implementation of investments and promotion
Civil engineering - planning of construction work
Inventories of workings, landfills
Land and building registry
Precision farming
Environmental analyzes
Supervising field changes

3D MODELS
3D models of objects or terrain are fully three-dimensional representations of photographed reality.
With the help of drones, we take vertical and oblique photos, which, after processing with specialized software, enable automatic generation of 3D models of the terrain.
Application of 3D models:
Spatial planning support,
Inventory and modernization of technical infrastructure,
Monitoring phenomena and the space that surrounds us in time,
Facilities management. The created three-dimensional model allows to reflect the dynamics of the state of the objects Applies to the operation of buildings, structures or land development;
Solving project problems - 3D models permit to visualize and test various technical solutions at the project stage, which results in a huge saving of time and resources;
Construction - in this case, three-dimensional modeling of processes is carried out, which allows for qualitative construction control at every stage of work;
Landscape architecture - visual assessment of the building provides invaluable assistance in the development of planning projects;
Calculation and control of cubature and surface sizes: heaps and embankments, measurement of the volume of loose materials (construction, extraction, inventory)
VISUAL INSPECTIONS
The use of drones to carry out visual inspections is one of the most advanced services provided by our company.
Vision inspections "from the air" ensures the best quality, reaching difficult locations and located in areas inaccessible to humans (chimneys, high voltage pylons, engineering facilities, hydrotechnical facilities.
As part of our work, we perform periodic vision inspections on road projects commissioned by GDDKiA.
PHOTOS FROM THE DRONE
Pictures from the drone surprise with a unique perspective and are an attractive way to look at spatial objects from a different point of view.
We use them primarily for:
GEOPORTALS
Geoportals are platforms with data, located in virtual space, aimed at creating, saving, searching and visualizing information, locating and characterizing spatial data sets, cartographic products and co-occurring documentation, and quickly obtaining the necessary data for a computer.
The Geoportal can be run for a narrow group of recipients (e.g. for a specific construction investment) or for the entire organization (a platform for archiving spatial changes in many objects).
We run dedicated Geoportals with individually defined functionalities for our Partners.
